"The way the society is designed is very good. Central park is good. Festivals are celebrated very nicely especially Durga pooja, Holi, Christmas, 15 august, 26 January and all. Ladies are nice. Very warm people. Safe society. Some construction issues are there but builder is already looking into it and getting work done. Central noida. Superb location. Everything is near school, mall, hospital, markets everything is in close proximity."

"Poor quality of construction with falling roof & building plaster. Poor drainage planning with constant sewage smell both from the dysfunctional STP as well as the sewage pipes in apartment balconies is how one can describe the society. The flush water in WC is infested with mosquito larvae, is black in colour with foul smell, can cause severe infection. While maintenance is above average, the buildings are wearing out faster than they should & the buildings already look more than 30 yrs old !!"

"A very good Gated society......But the internal construction material of flats is poor....Hope the material used in pillars and Base may be of high standard....Plenty of open space and greenery between the towers is really eye catching....Very near to upcoming Metro station..."

"Not sure about the construction quality but the ambience of the society is really awesome. The connectivity with delhi is good and there are small markets nearby too. One thing which i reallh liked was the swimming pool which is reaaly good. Most societies have a pool just for the namesake."

"Project is near to metro station, location is great if say centre noida , some flat quality is average. Size is bit small but ok, 200+ families live there as i have seen not information from any other resources."
